These blankets are great for photographing your baby as they grow. They make a nice back ground for images, playmat and get softer after every wash. So nice to swaddle with, too.

I used this as a swaddle for quite a while and for a photo backdrop in pictures of my baby. Its big enough for easy swaddling at all stages. It is lightweight but also a good blanket. Perfect for new babies. If you want it to lay flat for pictures when you wash it hang it up to dry because the dryer makes the fabric a bit wiggly but rewashing takes this back out as long as you hang to dry. I love this blanket. Probably will for years to come. After ordering this one I also ordered another 3 pack because I loved them so much. Also works as a make shift coverup when breastfeeding or throwing over the car seat or stroller to create a breezy shade. Will buy more for future shower gifts.
